Challenges to funding and staffing have become all too commonplace in nonprofits in the past few years. Now, with system-wide cuts at the federal level to many core community programs, leaders are facing an unprecedented disruption for many nonprofits. This is not a situation that our sector can fundraise our way out of. It will take fundamental business remodeling and forecasting for multiple scenarios. This session will offer several strategies for nonprofits to successfully navigate this difficult situation.
