The 2023 Nonprofit Workforce Survey Results: Communities Suffer as the Nonprofit Workforce Shortage Crisis Continues was released today by the National Council of Nonprofits. This report describes the continuing shortage of workers and resulting impact to our communities: service cuts, longer wait lists for services, and stress and burnout for remaining employees. It also contains recommendations for individual organizations and policy solutions to improve our situation.
