In the Fall of 2025, NAWA collaborated with the Foraker Group (Alaska), the Idaho Nonprofit Center, The Montana Nonprofit Association, Utah Nonprofits Association, Hawai’I Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations and the Nonprofit Association of Oregon on the Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey. This collaborative effort was designed to compare data across the Northwestern region of the United States.
This data is a powerful tool for comparing benefit offerings and total compensation, ensuring fair and equitable pay for our sector.
