Learning Library

Nonprofit Association of Washington (NAWA)’s Learning Library provides anytime, anywhere learning for nonprofits of all sizes. We reach organizations in every community in Washington State, providing nonprofit leaders like you with a broad set of resources you need to succeed.

The Learning Library contains NAWA’s nonprofit fundamentals on boards, finance, legal, and strategic planning, as well as our resources on how to start or dissolve a nonprofit, tax basics, engaging in advocacy, workers in nonprofits, safety & health, guidance from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board regarding fundraising events, and much, much more! These materials were developed by the Nonprofit Association of Washington in collaboration with the Office of the Secretary of State Corporations and Charities Division and other partners.

Please Note:

The new Learning Library is under construction and will be fully updated on this site later in 2022 with more user-friendly organization and exciting new features. For now, the button below links to an external website, the Washington Nonprofit Institute, where our resources are currently archived using the NAWA’s former organizational name, Washington Nonprofits.
