Selfcare can sometimes feel like a buzzword, however, engaging in selfcare practices have demonstrable impacts on personal wellbeing. Identifying ways in which we can stay physically, emotionally, and morally safe in the workplace can help reduce stress and promote recovery from challenging experiences.
