12:00PM – 1:30PM PT
Online via Zoom – This webinar will be recorded
This two-part webinar series explores how organizations can strengthen their programs through rigorous evaluation and compelling impact communication.

In Session 1: Creating Program Impact through Evaluation, we’ll explore how cultivating an evaluative mindset can enhance program design and outcomes. Evaluation isn’t just a tool for measuring performance—it’s a way of thinking that shapes how programs are developed, implemented, and refined for maximum impact. Participants will learn practical strategies to select and align evaluation approaches that fit their specific goals, contexts, and available resources.

In Session 2: Measuring and Visualizing Program Impact, we’ll dive into practical tools for collecting and analyzing data, avoiding common pitfalls in surveys, and transforming raw numbers into meaningful insights. We’ll also explore data storytelling techniques and visualization best practices to make your impact resonate with funders, stakeholders, and the community.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand key evaluation frameworks and when to apply them.
  • Develop strategies for measuring program outcomes and impact.
  • Identify best practices for survey design and data collection.
  • Learn how to visualize data effectively and create compelling impact stories.
