Online via Zoom – This webinar will be recorded
The annual employee benefit renewal period is beginning for most organizations and the sticker shock of this year’s increases have amplified the already tough economic conditions for nonprofits.
High quality employee benefits are a major component of compensation that nonprofits have to rely on when competing for talent versus large employers in today’s job market.
The question is how can nonprofits level the playing field and compete to recruit and retain committed employees in this inflationary period?
The answer may be as simple as understanding the mis-alignments in healthcare. Learn how you can leverage these mis-alignments to become a strategic advantage by changing the reactive purchasing approach that nonprofit organizations have historically used.
Join AristaPoint for an informative NAWA Lunch & Learn on October 6 to find out how your nonprofit can get a competitive advantage in developing a strategic approach to employee benefits to compete and retain the best talent.
