This two-part Train the Trainer series is designed to strengthen and enhance our collective training practices. We will cover:
- Principles of adult learning
- Creating a training structure that makes sense for the content, the participants and the time you have.
- Handling difficult conversations and being prepared for the unexpected.
- Recognize that trainers are leaders and improve leadership skills to improve outcomes.

Interpretation: Please indicate during registration if you have an interpretation request. Typically, we need at least two weeks in order to schedule an interpreter.
Visual Descriptions: Presenters will include visual descriptions of themselves and the slides to give a person who is low-vision, blind, or calling in without video a sense of space and place.

Tracy has over 30 years of experience with management and leadership of local and national health, welfare, and education institutions. Her mission is to provide training, facilitation, and coaching to build healthy individuals, organizations, and communities.
