Thursday, April 16, 2026
9:00AM – 11:00AM PT
Water Resources Education Center
Vancouver, WA

Strong fundraising starts with understanding the people behind the mission.

In this dynamic, interactive workshop, Jen Coyne, Co-Founder & CEO of The PEAK Fleet, will guide participants through mapping and analyzing the full Customer Journey of every key stakeholder in your ecosystem. That includes donors, beneficiaries, volunteers, sponsors, board members, and even prospective staff.

Because every touchpoint matters.

You’ll explore how each audience experiences your organization from first introduction to long-term engagement and where opportunities exist to strengthen connection, deepen trust, and inspire action.

During this session, you will:

• Identify critical moments that shape stakeholder perception and loyalty

• Uncover gaps in communication and engagement

• Learn practical strategies to cultivate lasting relationships

• Increase donor retention and fundraising effectiveness

• Align your stakeholder experience with your mission and impact

Walk away with a clearer, more strategic approach to engagement that strengthens relationships, fuels fundraising, and positions your organization for sustainable growth.
