Advocacy is most effective when it’s intentional, strategic, and aligned with your organization’s mission. This interactive webinar will guide participants through the essentials of developing a practical advocacy plan that drives real impact. Together, we’ll explore how to identify policy priorities, engage key stakeholders, and translate your goals into actionable strategies.

Through hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and peer learning, participants will leave with a clear framework for designing an advocacy plan tailored to their organization’s unique strengths and challenges. Whether you’re new to advocacy or looking to sharpen your approach, this session will equip you with the tools and confidence to move from ideas to action.

Key takeaways:

  • Understanding the core components of an effective advocacy plan
  • Setting achievable policy goals aligned with organizational priorities
  • Strategies for coalition building and stakeholder engagement
