Join us for an engaging online Rural Nonprofit Gathering designed for rural nonprofit leaders across Washington State! Gen Z is reshaping fundraising by focusing on transparency, tangible impact, and alignment with their values. This gathering will explore how nonprofits can leverage these trends to effectively connect with and engage this new generation of donors. Join NAWA and our friends at GFS Events to learn how you can engage with younger generations at your next fundraising event.

Recording
Registrants will receive the webinar recording by email after the event. If there are breakout rooms, they will not be included in the recording. If you can’t attend the training but you are interested in learning about this topic, please register so we can send you the recording and materials.
Accessibility
Captioning: We will have automated captioning enabled.
Interpretation: Please indicate during registration if you have an interpretation request. Typically, we need at least two weeks in order to schedule an interpreter.
Visual Descriptions: Presenters will include visual descriptions of themselves and the slides to give a person who is low-vision, blind, or calling in without video a sense of space and place.

Ryan Conover (she/her), Fundraising, Fundraising & Special Event Coordinator
GFS Events
Ryan is passionate about making a positive impact in her community by uplifting organizations with bold aims to improve people’s daily lives. She helps fulfill these goals by combining her education and experience in community activism to make a personal connection with all her projects. Ryan has a background in hospitality, event coordination, and advocacy, and enjoys working with organizations to help their vision come to life.
Laura Drazdys (she/her)
Senior Fundraising & Special Events Producer
Laura enjoys working with nonprofits because they help the community grow in positive ways. With her giving spirit and grateful attitude, Laura ties her love for serving the community with her knack for event planning. She loves channeling her creative skills, work ethic, and organizational skills to help nonprofits reach their goals. She especially loves meeting with clients, hearing their vision, and bringing that vision to fruition. To Laura, the most rewarding part of planning non-profit events is that moment on event day where through the fast-paced energy on the day of, she gets to take a moment and cherish people from all walks of life uniting under one roof towards a common goal.
