The Shared Leadership Gathering is for those who currently work in an organization with a shared leadership model. We invite anyone from these organizations to come together to learn, grow, exchange information, and support each other. We ask that if you do not currently work in an organization with a shared leadership model, please do not attend. There will be other opportunities for those who would like to learn more about shared leadership.
This gathering is being organized by Cat Howell and Shira Rosen, Co-Executive Directors of Literacy Source. They have been in their roles for 1.5 years and are very much still learning! They are excited to start this group and hope a shared leadership model will be used to convene moving forward.
