Walla Walla Airport Terminal Conference Room
Walla Walla, WA
Fundraising is not a solo sport. It’s tough to be successful if you go at it alone. In this session, we will consider fundraising as a community driven activity and explore the art of teaching the joy of giving. Participants will learn the roles and tools necessary for success to create a sustainable development operation, including how to develop and share a vision for your fundraising operation. We will talk about how to recruit and retain talent, continually innovate, address challenges, and how to hold each other accountable for impact.
In this participatory workshop, you will gain some of the essential skills you need to:
- Instill and lead a culture of generosity
- Execute successful campaigns that provide resources and engage stakeholders
- Build and diversify your fundraising team including a bench for the future
- Fundraise with authenticity and equity in mind
A light lunch will be provided.
