9:30am-2:30pm PT
Confluence Technology Center – Entiat River Room
Wenatchee, WA

9:30-10:00am – Coffee and networking
10:00am-2:30pm – Workshop

Fundraising is very much a team sport; you can’t be successful if you go it alone. In this session, we will consider fundraising as a communal activity and explore the art of teaching the joy of giving. Participants will learn the roles and tools that are necessary for success to create a sustainable, mature development operation, including how to develop and cast a vision for your fundraising operation, recruit and retain talent, continually innovate, lead through consensus, address setbacks, and hold colleagues accountable for results.

In this highly participatory workshop, you will gain some of the essential skills you need to:

  • Instill and lead a culture of generosity
  • Execute successful campaigns that provide resources and engage stakeholders
  • Build and diversify your fundraising team
  • Fundraise with authenticity and equity in mind

A light lunch will be provided at this workshop.
