Are you ready to be bold?

Being a nonprofit leader has certainly evolved. More than ever before, we must be both strictly nimble and consistently empathetic. We are navigating both outside politics and internal cultures. We are trying to build more equitable systems while teaching equitable mindsets. The challenges can sometimes feel massive, but at the 29th annual Washington State Nonprofit Conference, we are inviting everyone to face them boldly.

Moving boldly requires courage, confidence, and strength that is found across nonprofits and in the communities we serve. This Conference is an invitation for us all to explore ideas once thought too audacious for nonprofits, like “Flipping the Pyramid: Egalitarian Alternatives to Traditional Nonprofit Governance Models.” To turn an idealistic goal into reality with our “Advocacy Summit: Employee Compensation in the Nonprofit Sector.” To embrace valiance with” Equitable Staff Retention: How to Be an Anti-Oppressive Nonprofit Leader.”

Whether you are an experienced director, seasoned practitioner, or emerging leader, this Washington State Nonprofit Conference will provide you with the skills and tools needed to succeed at every stage of your career. This valuable learning and networking event brings together nonprofit staff, board, volunteers, supporters, and funders to inspire and be inspired, share ideas, and discuss solutions to strengthen their work in the communities they serve.

Register your organization today and get bold.

Yours,

Lianna Olds
Deputy Director of Partnerships
