And finally, we have a policy update from our Executive Director, Laura Pierce, about the labor shortage, government contracting, ARPA funding, and the Small Employer Emergency Safety Grant Program.

And while we consider that data, Washington Nonprofits is running a survey about Government Contracting Reform. We also have a new FAQ to help you ensure you are getting reliable information and new reports on our community engagement efforts!

This month we have a reminder that minimum wage changes are coming and what it means for nonprofit employers. There is also an open survey regarding the labor shortage in the nonprofit sector and an exciting funding opportunity, the Summer Program Fund.
