- The Southern Economic Advancement Project (SEAP)’s South Strong Cities ARP Toolkit was launched in mid-2021 to help cities make strategic use of ARP funds to address long-range community priorities and improve equity outcomes. Funding from a Washington State partner provides support for project activities in Washington. Washington-specific data on outreach initiatives, equity investments and other spending decisions is currently under development.
