The conference kicks off with a masterclass in leadership development. Intensive workshops immerse you in interactive exercises to grow your skills as a visionary leader — able to mobilize staff and volunteers while leveraging partnerships in the community.

Day 2: Fundraising

On day two, we’ll shift to the lifeblood of effective nonprofits: fundraising.
