10:00am-2:00pm PT
Hoquiam Timberland Library Meeting Room, Hoquiam, WA

Even the most innovative social impact concepts and ideas are useless if you can’t get your nonprofit funded! With funding for social services continually on the chopping block, what is needed are skills and know-how to:

  • Bring in on-demand funding
  • Regularly and systematically acquire new donors & volunteers
  • Steer endowment creation and/or major gift campaigns

This upbeat workshop delivers concrete, practical, relevant strategies to fast-track funding capabilities and secure funding even with little or NO full-time staff! It is designed to illuminate best practices of nonprofit fund development, donor engagement, and strategic execution for financing catalytic change and sustaining a large base of vested supporters. In addition to resources for finding grant opportunities, details for attracting corporate partners, and strategies for multiple revenue streams, attendees will walk away with an engagement plan to rapidly scale their support base plus a funding strategy template to finance their cause.

A light lunch will be provided at this session.

Cost

This workshop is free, thanks to a partnership with the Grays Harbor Community Foundation.
